The decorations and colorful vibe of the hotel really put me in the Christmas spirit. The free breakfast was enjoyable and had a variety of local dishes to try. the mini-bar in the room had affordable prices.

The room was not clean and there were stains on the bed sheets and towels. The location was inconvenient and far from any tourist attractions or restaurants.

The room we stayed in was quite spacious and the bed was super comfy. Also, we were glad to have chosen a hotel that was located right next to a mall where we could find anything we needed easily. One more thing we enjoyed was that the staff spoke English, and they were always ready to help us out during our stay.

We were disappointed with the fact that we were told our towels and sheets would only be changed every three days, and we would be charged for any impromptu change. Furthermore, we noticed a lack of communication between the concierge and chambermaids which caused some of our requests to be unfulfilled or even delayed until the next day.
